This is the conclusion (Part 3 of 3) of the "When Bongos Collide" Crossover story that began in Itchy & Scratchy #3 and was continued in Simpsons Comics #5.

Bongo Comics, in conjunction with Wizard magazine, ran a contest to create a costumed super-persona for Homer Simpson. The results of that contest appeared in this issue, and the winners and honorable mentions are documented in the Meet the Fans section.

This issue included SkyBox Simpsons Trading Card B5, which was a "spinner" card featuring Radioactive Man on one side and Bartman on the reverse (above right) and an instruction card "How To Use This Spinner Card". When spun, the two images appear to merge, and you see Bartman getting a "high five" from Radioactive Man, and the third image above to the right shows what the combined images look like.
