	This issue was released in October 1996, but was first made available at a signing with Bill Morrison at Golden Apple Comics in Hollywood, CA on September 28th, 2006. Introductory column titled Two Hours Past Deadline! by Bill Morrison welcomes readers to Roswell. Beginning of letters columns provides a humorous introduction to Bill Morrison, Nathan Kane and Tim Harkins. This issue was dedicated "with love and gratitude to my lovely wife Kayre Morrison."

Cash Donovan is winner of the contest described in the prior issue with the artwork and dialogue now supplied.
